Identity
Legal adviser specialising in public procurement, compliance and the legal governance of technology, with experience providing legal support in the public sector and in public companies.
I follow the practical application of artificial intelligence and of the new European regimes on governance, accountability, transparency and human oversight. I am particularly interested in the link between law, technology and the internal processes that make it possible to demonstrate compliance.
I publish practical analysis in the newsletters Conformidade em Foco and Contratação Pública 360º (in Portuguese).
